Ultimate Traders Package on Demand Refund Policy

The Student acknowledges and agrees that no promise or guarantee for success or profitability has been made between the Company and the Student. The Student acknowledges that he/she is entitled to a refund on the Ultimate Traders Package on Demand and MTI 4.0 Charting for a period of two (2) calendar months from the date of purchase. Student must complete all four (4) steps of The Ultimate Traders Package on Demand Refund Policy:  

  1. Step 1

    Completely review the 16 educational lesson modules, online classes and mentorships

  2. Step 2

    Activate your MTI 4.0 Charting

  3. Step 3

    *Execute a trade in a live account or in a demo account of your choosing

  4. Step 4

    Attend a 2-Day On-site Class or 2-Day On-Site Streaming Class (Contact your Next Step Financial Holdings account specialist at 1-866-787-8558 for details.)
  Student understands this is not a Cancellation Policy and the Ultimate Traders Package on Demand does not contain a Cancellation clause. * Student must show proof of trading using the Company’s Traders Checklist. * UG financed clients not required to be paid in full. * Any financed account in delinquent status will result in suspended access to the UTP on Demand, Forex Tips, and MTI 4.0 Charting software.
